Coremo has joined the training project "Participating in the creation of corporate change," created to lay the foundations for the transformation the company is undergoing to face future challenges. Employees were divided into two groups, composed of representatives from each department (administration, technical, production, and sales). Through recreational activities, mirroring normal company dynamics and assisted by a supervisor, initial difficulties emerged, primarily due to time management and ineffective communication, as well as a lack of collaboration. By addressing these challenges, the teams understood the importance of listening, mutual respect, and cooperation, improving the way they expressed their ideas and working together towards a common goal. Initial skepticism gave way to the awareness that they could be a fundamental part of the company's change. Each participant, working on themselves, learned to listen to each other, to be less self-critical, and above all to put aside prejudices towards others: all this led to visible growth in individuals and teams. After the last meeting, there was an improvement both in understanding the difficulties of others in order to support them better and in facing daily challenges with cohesion and team spirit. A journey that began as individuals is now leading Coremo to sail as a close-knit crew in which each sailor feels and strives to be a fundamental part, or like industrious worker bees that make themselves available to each other to create their hive. All participants thank those who made this experience possible, in the hope that this journey will continue and lead to new fruitful results.
A new supply has been completed for a global company that has chosen to install Coremo brakes in its new rolling mill. The IDMS1000N solution, available in five braking forces of 8, 16, 24, 32, and 48 kN, combines fast installation, simple maintenance, and a compact design.

alternatives, such as treatments or painting processes combined with
stainless materials. Through spray tests, technical nspections and
