Law 31.12.1996 No. 675 containing provisions for "protection of persons and other subjects with respect to the processing of personal data."
Pursuant to Article 10 of Law No. 675 of 31.12.1996, laying down provisions for the "protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data", we inform you that for purposes related to the provision of the Service, Coremo Ocmea S.p.A. with headquarters in Assago (Milan), Via G. Galilei 12, performs the processing of data supplied by you, or otherwise acquired during the execution of the Service. The data controller is Coremo Ocmea S.p.A. in the person of its legal representative pro tempore. The list of those responsible for the processing of personal data and third party recipients of communications is available at the offices of Coremo Ocmea Ocmea S.p.A.
The processing of data is carried out with appropriate procedures to protect the confidentiality of the User and consists of their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.
The processing of data, in addition to the purposes related, instrumental and necessary to the provision of the Service will be aimed at:
- Communicate data to Companies that perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the Service.
- Collect data and information in general and particular ways about the User's orientations and preferences;
- Send commercial information and offers, including from third parties;
- Send advertising and informational materials;
- To carry out commercial communications, including interactive communications;
- To engage in direct activities of selling or placing products or services;
- To process studies and statistical research on sales, customers and other information, and possibly communicate the same to third parties;
- Transfer to third parties, including outside the territory of the European Union, the data collected and processed for commercial purposes including for sale or attempted sale, or for all those purposes of a lawful commercial and/or statistical nature.
The provision of consent to the processing of their personal data by the User is optional. In case of refusal of the processing of personal data referred to in point 2, the processing will be limited to the full performance of the obligations arising from the provision of the Service, as well as the fulfillment of obligations under laws, regulations and EU legislation. In case of refusal of the processing of personal data referred to in point 1, the Company will not be able to provide the Service.
The processing of the User's data for the above purposes will take place mainly by automated and computerized methods, always in compliance with the rules of confidentiality and security required by law. The data will be stored for the terms of the law and processed by employees and / or professionals appointed by Coremo Ocmea S.p.A., who perform the above activities under its direct supervision and responsibility. To this end, the data communicated by the User may be transmitted to external parties, even abroad, who perform functions closely related and instrumental to the operation of the Service.
We also inform you that, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, no. 196, the Customer has the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing and may, in the manner and within the limits provided by the current legislation, request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, and know their origin, receive intelligible communication, obtain information about the logic, methods and purposes of processing, request the updating, rectification, integration, request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those no longer necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, as well as, more generally, exercise all the rights that are recognized by the current legal provisions.
