Products
Small multi-disc brakes and clutches are compact solutions capable of delivering high rated torque. Their main feature is ease of installation, which requires no additional accessories.
The product is supplied with a toothed hub, featuring either a standard center bore or a bore machined to customer specifications. Inside the brake (or clutch) are toothed discs made of friction material, which engage with the bell, alternating with steel toothed discs integral with the central hub.
A pneumatic thrust system, equipped with a seal, generates pressure between the inner discs, producing a proportional torque that is transmitted to the central hub and then to the shaft onto which it is mounted.
The outer housing of the product is mounted directly on the machine in the case of a brake, or connected to a pulley in the case of a clutch, with the aim of transmitting torque in the former case or speed between two parallel shafts in the latter.
The “MINI” multi-disc brakes of the BL Series are also available in a manually operated version.

Coremo BL/BLM series "MINI" pneumatic brakes are suitable for transmitting torque in compact applications. Their simple yet complete multidisc design makes them ideal for quick, easy installation. The hub is supplied with the hole unfinished or machined to the customer's specifications. The BL series has axial air supply, while in the Coremo BLM series the torque is applied manually by the operator via an ergonomic handwheel supplied as standard.

Coremo CL/CLF series "MINI" pneumatic clutches are suitable for transmitting speed in compact applications. Their complete design makes them ideal for quick, easy installation. The rotary union for air supply is integral in the unit as standard. In the Coremo CLF clutch the external housing is self-supporting on its own bearing system, considerably reducing installation times and costs.

Coremo AP/APA series "MINI" pneumatic brakes are suitable for transmitting torque in compact applications. Their simple yet complete multidisc design makes them ideal for quick, easy installation. The hub is supplied with the hole unfinished or machined to the customer's specifications. Air is supplied radially, enabling the shaft to pass through the brake. In Coremo APA series, the brake's external housing is self-supporting on its own bearing system, allowing the product to be used in "Plug & Play" mode.

Coremo SSL/SSLA series "MINI" pneumatic brakes are small, complete spring applied multidisc units. Complete with hub with hole unfinished or machined to the customer's specification, these solutions are quick and easy to install. Their small size makes them ideal for industrial applications requiring safety braking where space restrictions apply. The SSLA version is complete with bearing-mounted rotating hub and brake antirotation pin, making it an ideal engage-disengage safety solution.
