Coremo has joined the training project “Participating in the Creation of Corporate Change,” which was launched to lay the groundwork for the transformation the company is undergoing to address future challenges.
The employees were divided into two groups, each consisting of representatives from every department (administration, technical, production, and sales).
Through playful activities—which mirrored normal workplace dynamics—and with the assistance of a supervisor, initial difficulties emerged, primarily due to time management issues and ineffective communication, as well as a lack of collaboration.
In tackling these challenges, the teams came to understand the importance of listening, mutual respect, and cooperation, improving the way they expressed their ideas and working together toward a common goal. Their initial skepticism gave way to the realization that they could play a key role in driving change within the company.
By working on themselves, each participant learned to listen to themselves, to be less self-critical, and, above all, to set aside their prejudices toward others: all of this led to visible growth in both individuals and teams.
Since the last meeting, there has been an improvement both in understanding others’ difficulties—so as to support them better—and in tackling daily challenges with unity and team spirit. A journey that began as a group of individuals is now leading Coremo to sail as a close-knit crew, in which every sailor feels and strives to be an essential part of the team—much like hardworking honeybees who support one another to build their hive.
All participants would like to thank those who made this experience possible, in the hope that this journey will continue and lead to new and fruitful results.
